10th anniversary

This year marks ten years since the adoption of the UN Declaration on Human Rights Education and Training which describes human rights education as being integral to building an inclusive society. It is a landmark instrument that aims to set universal standards for human rights education and at the same time to look at the gaps that still exist between the ideals set in the Declaration and reality.
