6th Gallery of Saints

The Teresian Association–Davao joined this year’s exhibit with the theme, “Mga Santos: Paglaum sa mga Piniyalang Nagapanaw,” (Saints: Hope of the pilgrims stewards) held on November 9 to 16, 2025 at the Atrium, NCCC Mall VP, Davao City. During the event, daily Eucharistic Celebration was held and to express devotion to Mary, the Holy Rosary was prayed every day.

An image of St. Pedro Poveda was displayed, hoping that his example of living a “life fully human, belonging totally to God” would inspire and encourage many in their own journey. Poveda’s prayer cards, bookmarks and Teresian Association brochures were distributed.

This event reminded us of the saints who continue to guide and inspire us today.

TAyo na sa Isang Daang Parokya!

The TA continues its mission of accompanying young people in discovering God’s call through “TAyo na sa Isang Daang Parokya!” This series of parish visits brings the message of vocation, communion, and mission to different communities in celebration of the TA’s 75 years of presence in the Philippines.

The mission road began on November 16, 2025 at San Pedro Poveda Parish, where a meaningful Vocation Talk was held with the Youth Apostolate at the Josefa Segovia Foundation ––Almacén Training Center, Davao City. Inspiring stories from Ms. Joni Alingalan (PA Member) and Ms. Trina Tonogbanua (ACIT Member) helped the youth appreciate the depth, joy, and commitment of a lay vocation rooted in prayer and service.

On November 23, 2025, the journey continued at San Pedro Calungsod Parish in Baguio District with a vibrant Vocation Jamboree themed “Vocation: Called in Communion, Sent in Mission.” Youth participants explored the many ways God calls them and learned about the Teresian Association vocation, a lay vocation that is lived in the heart of the world.

The final visit on the same day brought the team to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish in Calinan, Davao City. Here, the youth reflected on vocation as a daily commitment to love, service, and faithfulness, realizing that ordinary life itself becomes a place of mission. More than 100 young people participated in these three events.
