In celebration of its 65th founding anniversary, Saint Pedro Poveda College (Quezon City, Philippines) held a Homecoming of Former Employees on December 13, 2025, bringing together retired, former faculty and staff in a meaningful gathering marked by gratitude, remembrance, and joy.
The event carried the theme “Legado Homecoming: Encuentro de Legado – regreso, recuerdo y agradecimiento,” highlighting the enduring legacy of service and community within the institution.

The homecoming began with a Eucharistic celebration of thanksgiving, which included an in memoria tribute to beloved colleagues who have passed on. This solemn moment honored their invaluable contributions and lasting impact on the college community.
Encounter and fellowship
The celebration continued into the afternoon and evening with a warm reunion filled with shared stories, games, and fellowship, culminating in a dinner that overflowed with laughter and cherished memories. Former and retired employees filled the gathering with warmth and nostalgia, reflecting on years of dedication and friendship.
