TA family encounter, India: ‘With one mind and one heart’

The TA family in India came together in a spirit of communion and solidarity for an encounter with the theme, ‘With One Mind and One Heart’.

Forty-three persons including members of the Primary Association, ACIT India West and ACIT India Honavar Associations, together with family members participated in the 2-day encounter on19^th and 20^th October 2025 at the Pastoral center in Sawantwadi, a town midway between the places where we live.

The topic for the main session of the two-day encounter was Intergenerational Dialogue and Bonding and indeed it truly was so, as there were representatives of 4 generations present, who participated in the session and group discussion.

The encounter truly fostered open dialogue among members of the same generation and among different generations. It was an open, healthy space for understanding, sharing, valuing one another and building strong bonds based on love and mutual respect.

The encounter comprised of input sessions, spaces for discussion open sharing, cultural activities, outings etc. all of which went toward making the encounter profound, formative, enjoyable, celebrative and a memorable one.
