The Royal Economics Society of Friends of Jaén (Spain) hosted a panel discussion entitled ‘A look at the past and present of the Teresian Association’, as part of the events of the centenary of the pontifical approval of the Teresian Association.

On 23 October, Antonio Martín Mesa, director of the Royal Economics Society of Friends of Jaen, welcomed the participants of the panel discussion and pointed out that Pedro Poveda and Josefa Segovia were illustrious members of this institution. 

The former principal of the Pedro Poveda School in Jaen and member of the TA, Ana Quirós, moderated the discussion. The participants were Francisco Juan Martínez Rojas, Doctor in Church History and Dean of the Cathedral of Jaen, Marisa Rodríguez Abancéns, journalist and writer, and Gregorio Sánchez Raya, professor and active member of the Teresian Association.
