The TA in Bolivia, further celebrations in the Centenary

After the major celebrations made last January 11 (in Cochabamba) and on May 4 (in La Paz) of 2024, members of the Teresian Association in Bolivia continue to gather friends, ex-alumni, families and collaborators to commemorate the 100 years of pontifical approval of the Teresian Association.

Cochabamba, 20 July 2024

As part of continuous celebration, a movie watching was held to reminisce the life of San Pedro Poveda on the month of his martyrdom. This was attended by members, both PA and ACIT, family, friends and acquaintances.

San Pedro Poveda Church

A week-long activity was held in the Church Templo San Pedro Poveda initiated by Colegio Pedro Poveda in Cochabamba.

Sucre

On July 28, members in Sucre, with ex-alumni celebrated a thanksgiving mass. Together with this, the Senate of the Plurinational State of Bolivia presented the Chamber Declaration to the Teresian Association on its 100^th anniversary of pontifical approval.

Trinidad

Members in Trinidad, Beni celebrated a thanksgiving mass on July 28, the day of Saint Pedro Poveda’s martyrdom.
