The Teresian Association expresses its joy and gratitude to the Lord, together with the universal Church, for the election of Pope Leo XIV.
In a letter from Rome addressed to the Holy Father, the President of the Teresian Association, Gregoria Ruiz, expresses her ‘warm welcome and faithful recognition as the new shepherd of our beloved Church’ on her own behalf and on behalf of the entire TA.
‘Feeling ourselves as the People of God on a journey, in deep communion with those who, following Jesus, work with hope for the building of the Kingdom of God in the time in which we live, I humbly place myself at your disposal,’ adds Gregoria Ruiz.
She also expresses her commitment to pray for the Pope and his intentions, as well as requesting his blessing for the members and collaborators of the Association.
