Several people gathered as a ‘Teresian Association family’ to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the pontifical approval of Pedro Poveda’s association, in the port city of Chimbote, located in the department of Ancash in northern Peru. The Youth for Cultural Exchange camp took place once again during the first week of July. It was organised by the Rajab Project (Jaen) which is part of the local Education and Culture Association, by the Mambré Welcome Centre run by the Cordoba Association for Equality and Development, and by the AMISI Association. These projects work for the inclusion of migrants and people at risk of exclusion. A document has been compiled that collects the testimonies of participants with their impressions of this experience. They mostly described it as ‘enriching’.
