
The Royal Economics Society of Friends of Jaén (Spain) hosted a panel discussion entitled ‘A look at the past and present of the Teresian Association’, as part of the events of the centenary of the pontifical approval of the Teresian Association.

Valencia recently brought together a panel of experts in the auditorium of the Archdiocese of Valencia on the occasion of the centenary of the pontifical approval of the Teresian Association. Under the title ‘Laity in the 21st century: vocation, spirituality, commitment’, the speakers reflected on Christian and lay identity.

A Pan-American Seminar was held in Leon-Guanajuato, Mexico, from 2 to 6 October 2024, under the title: ‘Education Today: Memory, Dignity and Peace’. It was organised by the Socio-Educational Proposal (PSE).

The Pedro Poveda Chair of the Pontifical University of Salamanca (Spain) has announced the holding of its 2nd International Congress on ‘Humanising education in a digital age’. The event will be held from 5 to 8 February 2025 in person at this university.

The Alumni Network in Spain is calling on all past pupils of the Teresian Association to send short videos about themselves and their activities. The intention is to have these testimonies ready for the next international online meeting to be held on 16 November.

On the occasion of the Teresian Association Covadonga 2024 pilgrimage, the Information Department took the opportunity to speak to some of our representatives who came here to make the annual votive offering. On the 28 and 29 of September 2024 the Teresian Association gathered around Our Lady of Covadonga for our annual pilgrimage. This is an occasion when we express our gratitude and offer the fruits of our mission, in acknowledgement of the gifts we have received this year.
