On 23 November, the Teresian Association in Peru held a celebration to close the centenary year of the pontifical approval of the TA. It was an academic and cultural event and it took place in the Isabel Flores de Oliva School (CIFO) in Lima.

The Alumni Network of the Teresian Association in Spain held an international virtual meeting of Teresian Association alumni on 16 November. The event was attended by more than 200 people from the four continents where the Teresian Association is to be found. Several testimonies were broadcast over the course of the event.

The third national meeting of Young People for Education was held in Los Negrales (Madrid, Spain) from 18 to 20 October 2024. The theme was ‘Educators for a more humane society in an age of artificial intelligence’. Its purpose was to reflect on and advance the mission to educate in a world increasingly dominated by technology.

On Saturday 26 October, to celebrate the centenary of the pontifical approval of the Teresian Association, the church of Santa Marina la Real in Leon opened its doors for a concert by the Capella Lauda choir. The large church was filled to capacity.

The Teresian Association in Bilbao recently celebrated one hundred years of educational presence in this Spanish city (1924-2024). For this purpose, they organised a conference about the first steps taken by the Association in Bilbao. A thanksgiving Mass was led by the Ikasbide School.

The Teresian Association in Spain and InteRed have launched several initiatives to help the people affected by the recent floods. The storm caused widespread damage and a high number of deaths as it passed through Valencia and other regions of the country.
